Comtek System Solutions, from Bishop Auckland, are renewing their away shirt sponsorship and will also be the home shirt sponsor for next season.

Great company and excellent supporters of the club now for a decade.

The club will be lucky to get any other sponsor after they openly slated Voneus in a recent statement that has since been amended. I'm aware the chairman claimed late last year/early this that they already had a new sponsor lined up, I'm assuming they pulled out as Bishops were scrambling for a sponors just 2 weeks ago.

Slated Voneus - never seen that at all?! Saw something saying disappointed they had not seen out their agreement but hardly classed as slating them

Sounds like you are itching to continue the big mistakes made in the past.....

The reason why 99% of NLZ is dead as a dodo is because you have soooooo many sections, for each league, club, etc etc. Looks neat and tidy on paper but forgets the rule that forums require a critical mass of posters and readers or they die.

The only section left with any signs of life is the Northern League section and it sounds like you want to push all things Bishop off there too....big mistake. Look at how many posters you have lost in the last 10 years because their clubs have been promoted and now their section of the forum (NPL, above etc) is completely and utterly dead so they don't post anymore.

As forums in general dwindle due to competition, the key is not to further section off but to be more open and inclusive of as many contributors as possible. If you go down the route of having a special bishop bashing section then better just to close the forum down I reckon.

The forums have gone to pieces because you can’t post news worthy content without drivel.

Anyway back to the subject well done for Comtek’s continued support.

Looking forward to the first friendly vs Boro 1st team tomorrow
