Lee Haldane, the guy who left Easington due to work commitments when they weren't doing as well as expected.

Good fellow from what I can gather and will be taking his previous coaching team with him.

Didn't see that one coming.

Wasn't really pulling up any trees at Easington so a big step up.

Yes, announced a couple of days ago. Not long since the management team left too (Fawcett to Consett).
