Few applicants there in the northern league catchment area. Presume richmond must be getting a new ground

Horden would be my guess from the wearside league.

Durham Utd will need a hell of a run to get above Leam, Wolvo, Richmond and Horden, is it still 2 out of the top 5 that can go up?

Isn’t it just one from the Wearside league. Can’t see them getting anywhere near. The most points they can get if they win all there games is fourty seven.

Here’s the promotion criteria explained.

Multiple applications in the North East as expected. Great to see Leam Rangers on the list, i really do hope they make it. Great club where i watched my son play for a number of years. Massive potential with the ground right in the town.

So exactly how many vacancy's are there at step 6 Windy? Over 80 applicants i see and no Hebburn Town Reserves i thought they would have been in with a shout.

There’s currently 22 spaces across the country, if zero club’s are relegated. Obviously this won’t happen and there will be relegations. The FA rules speak about teams being relegated on a ppg basis. They said that last season and relegated teams on geographical issues. If Bury FC ends up being liquidated, then Bury AFC will jump the queue & so will FC Isle of Man.
I doubt any clubs will be relegated in the SWPL(Devon & Cornwell), because 4 teams are being promoted from the 2 step 6 leagues and only 4 step 7 applicants from their feeder leagues.
The questions that’ll effect the Northeast and specifically the NL are:
a) will they relegate either of the bottom 2 and promote extra clubs from the feeder leagues.
b) will the FA leagues committee be happy with Boro Rangers joint tenancy & not class it as a ground share

My thoughts exactly on Hebburn Town Reserves. Surely the first team are going up this season which would obviously mean there wouldn't be the northern league clash if the Reserves go up.

Boro Rangers will potentially have a decent ground and catchment area attracting a good crowd if things go right for them.

Their new ground won’t be ready until the summer. So they’ll either get around the ground sharing and be promoted. This’ll last next season only. Or they’ll be denied promotion and have to wait until next season.

I thought teams were prohibited form ground sharing to get promoted Windy

Having read the rules from the NWCL site it seems straight forward enough and basically says teams with no real prospect of getting there ground up to scratch or a suitable ground by the 31st of march needn't bother applying. So on that note presume Richmond have started work on a ground or have a way to get round the groundshare, joint tenants somewhere? Never heard of Boro Rangers, where will they be based?
