At half time felt Bishops were in relative control of the game and disappointing not to get the 2nd goal before the interval - the best start to a game so far for us this season. Bay came out 2nd half and put us under pressure. Game became quite frantic at 1-1 and felt it was up for grabs for either side. Bay fans could argue they just about deserved their win as they were the more threatening 2nd half - disappointing we couldn't manage game better in the end. Got to somehow re-group for Stockton then Hebburn at home in the next week.

Good game at West Auckland last night for the neutral. Some good passing football played. Thought it was "game on" on WA scored, but they had a lapse in concentration and Benfield immediately got the third.

Interested to hear opinions of the WA sending off from anyone who was there? It looked like a simple case of dissent and not worthy of a red!
