Jon Shaw and Blair Adams (both have coaching roles). Not sure but assume that the four new signings are; the Mariners Podcast was discussing this - tweet them and they might know for sure (if it's been made public)

Houses on an industrial estate is strange but dont think they need a new ground. The one they got is in a good situation and plenty of room for development

I never saw any YouTube clips, apparently both Lee & Graham were fuming with last weekends performance, so I’m assuming they’ve kept it in house?.

Haven’t seen any plans, but as strange as it is, probably the only part of the industrial estate you could build hoses is the factory that Shields have purchased, apparently the factory area is quite large, and the potential hoses would be next to other houses, however I’m not sure if there would be any links to the other housing estate??.

Who would want to buy a house next to a football ground where every other Saturday and various midweeks you are inundated with 1000+ people making a hell of a racket, parking cars no doubt over your driveway, having floodlights shine into your rooms until 10pm etc and generally have your life made a misery once twice or three times a week for 9 months of the year. Not me!!

Could look at it the other way, Shields could sell the factory back to industry and the local residents would potentially have 24/7 activity with wagons, Forklift’s etc, it’s probably the lesser of two evils having football.

As was said, at one end of the 3G pitch is an established housing estate so new homes would be close with the new stand/parking etc at the 'top end' of the ground.

As to Guiseley, I think also Dan the PR man was away as there was also no regular twitter update either

That’s very true there was next to no match day coverage last weekend, normally you would know the team lineups bang on one hour before kick off, last week it’s nearly ten minutes, Think service is back to normal, just need to get our results back to normal haha.

The new floodlights are great... The old one's left parts of pitch dark so great improvement.
Does anyone one know whats happening to old lights.

Not sure to be honest, could be a number of options, built the old floodlights in with the price of the new ones, so they could be refurbished and sold on?, or sell them on privately, and other option use them as scrap value with the old factory for when the eventually start building the new stand?, We’ll probably never know what kind of arrangement was made.

Forgot to mention, likewise I’m too very impressed with the new floodlights, very similar to Salford Fc’s floodlights, without trying to sound too biased, I kinda prefer the shape of Shields.
