What;s anything got to do with the Northern League. NFU were in the NPL as you may know, and as Windy says, the rule which applies (unless the FA changes its mind yet again) is to award 0-0 wins to all opponents in unplayed games. Windy didnt make the rule up - neither did Mike Amos for that matter.

Wasn't to be and I don't think anyone expected Farsley to slip up and well done to them on the title (and commiserations to Marine on being relegated after not even being in the relegation zone all season. That must really have hurt.)

Playoffs will be tough for sure, team will have to get over a few niggly injuries and a lot a fatigue showing.

all tough now, every team in the playoffs deserves to be there, but now strategy consistency etc dont matter best performance over 90 mins is all. (I am not a playoff fan.)

Looks useful though there are plenty of choices in midfield. We've three strikers to replace more importantly - however I'd be hoping for 2 or 3 of the academy frontline at least to be brought into the main squad. Watching them in their recent games gives a heap of confidence in them

Just read a decent article about the clubs restructuring. Seems a lot going on. Harton welfare on the horizon. I’m sure I mentioned that a few month back but was shot down.

Really? Read Gav Cogdon's interview from when he joined Spenny, he mentions budget cuts. Bulk of the squad that are remaining on big money will be moved on next year and replaced with younger "full time" players from next year. Don't think it's the wrong way to go personally but can't get away from what it is.
