That's true Spenny Fan Chris.... we resigned from the Teesside League before the deadline, completed all but 1 fixture ( My admin error not because we couldn't get a team out... It was a re arranged game on a BH and the facility was closed  OUR only fine in 6 years and we owned up... didn't say it was called off)
The move to the DAL hopefully gives us a reset of minds of our longer serving players and tbh (and we said it last season) we were a 2nd division team playing 1st division teams due to the league restructure.
We enjoyed our time and learnt lessons from The Teesside League and I know we leave on very good terms with the league and wish them every success.

So after the AGM do we now know the make up of the league for next season?

Any other new teams other than Billingham? Any news on teams not renewing membership next time around?

Last season there was a few teams folding and a few teams that would leave after the 2015/16 season, so i'm sure there would be a few clubs joining

Billingham FC and maybe Murton AFC are the only 2 i know, we'll fine out the whole league soon

Teams resigned from the League are Brandon Utd Dev. Redcar Town. Kilingworth YPC. Wallsend Town. Washington AFC. Hartlepool FC Res.

That should leave.. Bishop Auckland Res. Blackhill & Ebchester. Coundon & Leelholme. Durham City Res. Sherburn WMC. Seaham Westlea. Sunderland Hall Farm. Sunderland Oddies. Wheatley Hill WMC. Farrington Detached. plus Billingham FC and West Auckland.

A much reduced League from last season but a lot of good strong competitive sides and still time for one or two more to join...Good luck to them all.

Sorry for late reply to this post
Chevron is right with West Auckland and Billingham FC were accepted into the league and we welcome them. Unfortunately teams have resigned with the potential of one or two more coming in or resigning

Hartlepool FC Reserves seem to have turned into Billingham Town Reserves for the new season. The team's Twitter has been renamed to that and they've confirmed that they've applied for the Teesside League for the new season. They'll find out if their application for the Teesside League is successful this coming Wednesday

Billingham Town Reserves admission into the Teesside League is nailed on with 4 teams resigning their application will be well received.
