What should be done to people who turn up to watch games in the current CV19 climate?

Should the teams be fined/ banned?
Should spectators be chased by the police?

If a person walking a dog stops and the dog looks at the games, should the dog wear a mask?

My highlights of the mess are
* people reporting that that players turned up one per car to the local council... then staying to watch the game after counting the cars.
* being told that residents complained about the 'crowds' to the local MP- he was there walking his dog watching too!!!

Perhaps these law abiding citizens out for a stroll and some fresh air should be locked up- hanging is too good for them...
